The Prime Minister has said that another project is the construction of the Matanga Health Center, for which they have received 500 million so far, but its construction has not yet been completed. "The construction of health centers in the country is 400 million shillings and 500 million shillings in peripheral areas. Here you were supposed to be finished and the center should start serving the people." The project which is implemented in two phases, where in November 2021 they received 250 million shillings for the construction of three buildings which are the outpatient building (OPD), laboratory and waste incinerator and in March 2022 they received 250 million shillings, for construction. of four buildings which are the parents' building, the building's building, the laundry building and the pedestrian's building. On his part, the Deputy Secretary General of the Office of the President-TAMISEMI who deals with health, Grace Magembe has said that they have already evaluated the implementation of various projects in the regions of the country, but the Rukwa Region has not done well. "The assessment we made shows that they did not do well not only in the health sector, but also in the education sector," he said.
