A video captured by CCTV cameras has captured the incident where the family was in a Mitsubishi 'double cabin' car, came face to face with a speeding truck and caused the disaster. The accident happened on the N1 road between the cities of Baobab Tollgate and Musina. It is said that the cause of the accident is fatigue and speeding.
